Artwork & Samples
All design artwork are the property of OMD creative. No artwork is to be modified, used, bought, sold, or traded, by any other entity. Artwork is not available for commercial or resale use. Noncompliance is a criminal act, punishable by law. OMD creative retainsthe right over the artwork of all of our samples and these must not be copied or replicated in any way.
Order Cancellations, Refunds or Returns
All sales on this website are final. Orders are not eligible for cancellation unless under special circumstances that must be approved by and are at the discretion of OMD creative. Due to the nature of our design services/ products and the extensive design work that is required, orders are not eligible for refund. By approving your final proof, you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout. If any errors are discovered after this point, we will not charge for our time to correct the mistakes but charges for reprint of printed stationery will apply.
At OMD creative customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with your order, please email elvira@omdcreative.com within three (3) days of receipt of your order to discuss your issue.
Shipping
Semi Custom Collection Stationery:
We are based in British Columbia, Canada. We ship via Canada Post Expedited Service with tracking number. We offer a special flat rate (in CAD) that is calculated based on quantity of items and the location to which it is shipped. Shipping is calculated during checkout and can be reviewed before finalizing your order.
Custom Stationery:
You will get your shipping cost on your final invoice once your order is complete and ready to ship, to ensure that you do not overspend on shipping costs.
Holiday Cards:
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Service with tracking number. Shipping cost is calculated based on card quantity that is ordered.
DOMESTIC:
Canadian orders are shipped from the Metro Vancouver area in British Columbia. Orders are generally shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise requested. If other shipping methods are requested, additional shipping charges may apply.
USA & INTERNATIONAL:
USA/ International orders will ship via Canada Post Xpresspost or occassionally FedEx International (chosen at our discretion). International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country and MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties & taxes, clearance entry fees or other import fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs bureau for more information. Generally for large value shipments, you are required to pay an entry fee, plus a certain percentage of the value of the order.
OMD creative will not be held liable for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment.
Taxes
All orders on this website will have GST of 5% and BC PST of 7% automatically added to their order, as is required by law. This applies to all purchases of products and services made with OMD creative.
Privacy Policy
At OMD creative we are committed to maintaining the trust of our customers. Our polices have been put into place to safeguard and secure any of your information that we collect. Please note that there is no guarantee that any method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Collection of Personal Data
We collect information that allows us, among other things your have provided express consent for us to:
- Respond to submitted contact forms
- Process and complete your orders
- Contact you regarding the processing of your order
- Send additional information in regards to the status of your order
The security and protection of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as login credentials and payment information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). This information is accessible only by the payment processor and OMD creative, who agrees to protect this data in compliance with GDPR standards. We do not store your financial information (credit card number) on our servers.
Promotions
From time to time we may offer promotions. If you choose to participate, we may collect information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address or other contact information. Participation is subject to any official rules governing that promotion.

Our website includes social media features. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting on our website. Client Feedback
We post customer feedback on our website, which may contain personal information. We obtain our clients’ consent to post their name along with their testimonial prior to posting. If you wish to have your feedback removed from our website, please sent an email notify us and we will remove it immediately.
