Order FAQ

Will I get any proofs of my design before the order is processed?

Yes, we provide three complimentary digital (sent via email) proofs for all of our Wedding Suite Collection designs.
Extra proofs can be requested at $25 per additional proof, and must be paid before print production will commence.

Custom wedding stationery includes unlimited digital proofs.

How long does the order processing time take?

Wedding Suites Collection Orders

The production timeline begins after you approve your final proof. Standard turnaround time for our 2-3 weeks (before shipping). Orders with add-on embellishments or hand calligraphy addressing services require an additional 5-10 business days turnaround time.

 

Custom  Wedding Stationery Orders

Custom wedding stationery average 3 – 5 months (before shipping) from design start to print completion, depending on the complexity and size of the order.

I made a mistake in my online order. How do I fix it?

If you have realized that you made a mistake when you were submitting your online order, please email us at hello@omdcreative.com as soon as possible to notify us of the errors. Alternatively, you are able to point out the errors when you receive and review your first design proof.

Why did I recieve an email stating my submitted photo is not suitable for printing?

If the photo you submitted for your stationery is too small for printing, we cannot use it because it will be blurry when it is printed. Please be sure to submit high resolution photos to ensure high quality results in your stationery design.

Order cancellations, refunds & returns

All sales on this website are final. Orders are not eligible for cancellation unless under special circumstances that must be approved by and are at the discretion of OMD creative. Due to the nature of our products and the extensive design work that is required, orders are not eligible for refund. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout. If any errors are discovered after this point, we will not charge for our time to correct the mistakes but charges for reprint of stationery will apply.

At OMD creative customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with your order, please email us at hello@omdcreative.com within three (3) days of receipt of your order to discuss your issue.

Design FAQ

I need my invitations in a language other than English. Is this possible?

Yes, we can create invitations and other stationery in languages other than English*. You would need to provide us with the text copy. Please contact us to discuss your request.

Aside from English, the languages that we are most familiar with and / or have used previously for clients are as follows:

  • French
  • Russian
  • Ukrainian
  • Dutch

*There are limitations to font styles that are available for different languages.

What if I receive my printed invitations and find a spelling mistake?

OMD creative is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved.

We recommend carefully proofreading your final digital design proof for correct spelling and grammar. If you can, print out a sample of your proof onto paper or ask a family member or a friend to review it for a triple check. Once the final proof is approved, all order details like wording, materials, and quantities are also considered approved.

Do you offer logo design or other custom graphic design services?

Yes, based on schedule availability. Shipping FAQ

What are your shipping costs?

Wedding Suites Collection:

Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on shipping location and order volume.

 

Custom Wedding Stationery and Custom Design Orders:

You will get your shipping cost on your final invoice once your order is complete and ready to ship.

 

DOMESTIC:

Canadian orders are shipped from the metro Vancouver area in British Columbia. Orders are generally shipped via Canada Post or FedEx, with signature requirement, unless otherwise requested. If other shipping methods are requested, additional shipping charges may apply.

USA (INTERNATIONAL): 

USA/ International orders will ship via Canada Post Xpresspost or FedEx International. International delivery times vary depending on the customs office of the arrival country and MAY be subject to import taxes, customs duties & taxes, clearance entry fees or other import fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs bureau for more information. Generally for large value shipments, you are required to pay an entry fee, plus a certain percentage of the value of the order.

OMD creative will not be held liable for shipments that are lost or stolen.

Can you rush orders?

We cannot guarantee but are happy to try and accommodate rush orders if our calendar permits us to do so. A rush fee of 40% of your total order cost would apply should you need your stationery in hand (including shipping time) within the following rush time frames:

  • Wedding Suites Collection: within 4 weeks of placing your order*
  • Custom Design Wedding Stationery: under 3 months from placing your order*

*an order is considered placed when a payment has been successfully received from the client

Our standard turnaround time for our semi custom collection is 3 weeks (before shipping) from design start to print completion. Orders with hand calligraphy addressing services or other embellishments each require an additional 5 business days (before shipping) turnaround time.
